Been here since 2013 and it's getting worse by the day. Instead of moving thoughtfully from one telephony system to another, it's being jammed down users throats. Wondering is someone in ELT or Senior leadership getting an incentive when the DP DONE box is checked?

Nothing since September of 2023.

We all are very dedicated to ensure goals are met, deadlines are met, and we all genuinely get along and desire to support each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Increase in pay. Zero work/life balance- that has got to change! Zero time to be proactive, Zero time to be able to REALLY support or help staff grow, the list goes on and on....
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Why are we changing to systems that are not giving us more automation? Why are leaders so blind to what is happening with the employees? How is it even possible this company was awarded "comparably happiest employee award"? Compared to what? Majority of people here are miserable. WAKE UP!
