WE ARE A TEAM! We work well together!

We are a team! We lift one another up daily, we cheer on each other. We communicate, we are truly a team and I am blessed to be part of it!!!!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love my manager and she makes sure we have the resources we need, Communication is key and we have that with her. She strives for team work and we all work together as a team!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I just feel as being a customer care advocate we are the voice of the company! We handle all types of calls from benefits/eligibility, claims both member and providers. We also deal with upset members or family members calling a a deceased loved ones. I feel we take a bulk of what comes from Zenith.
