Generally, very caring people at work who are courteous and focused. Most negative in my opinion only, are the hybrids.
What makes you most happy at work?
Completing assigned tasks. Processing claims accurately; the opportunity to learn new things; their are many opportunities to use multiple skills.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Thankfully, the most difficult and uncooperative claims processors work from home, so thankfully contact is minimal unless they are complaining. Colleagues at the physical office are helpful, hard-working, caring and only wish to help members and providers and are respectful of mgmt.
