Stop trying to get new clients until they fix all that is wrong with our systems, get our systems and the apps used by employees current since all of our apps are outdated and no longer supported by the manufacturer. Improve the opinions of existing clients so they are happy with us again.
They need to hire more people to do the work instead of reducing, and not replacing. Fix what's broken with all the systems, make the current clients happy - they will tell other Trustees about Zenith when the services they pay us for is TOP NOTCH, it can't be great if it's flawed.
The focus of the top executives is on the budget and the investors, not on the clients that are the source of the income. Happy clients bring on more business. Make the existing clients happy with good products and they will bring in new clients. Word of mouth is the best advertisement there is!
