The wonderful company I hired into is gone. It's evolved into a cold, corporate entity that I don't even recognize.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Company culture is awful. My team is great.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Company places too much on the employees without adequate technical assistance.

health benefits, which are the only reason i am still an employee

There is nothing positive anymore at my company in regards to culture and environment.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Executive leadership and upper management should listen to employees who know the clients better than they do.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We work well together for our client despite the never-ending stream of IT issues and other roadblocks constantly being placed in our way.

We share a commitment to be the best we can for our client, despite Zenith's best efforts to prevent us from doing so.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Researching the client's needs and what staff needs in order to provide the best customer service to them. For the past few years, Zenith and HBH have FAILED to do this.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Listening to the boots on the ground. Management is clueless and is trying to use a cookie-cutter approach to everything. This doesn't work for a company representing hundreds of employers and their many DIFFERENT unions.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Cookie-cutter solutions do not bode well for a company with as many different unions as we work with. Infrastructure is AWFUL. The systems used for my client still haven't been updated since 2016, despite the fact that we've been asking since then.
