Completing a project and having lots of work to do.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The support I get from my team and manager. I enjoy providing act of service for our clients and learning about our industry

What are some of the best things about your team?

We collaborate on work assignments and back each other up in all cases. We respect each other and truly enjoy working together. We all love what we do. We also respect and enjoy working with our manager. We are a strong team.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Managing our clients and to share business goals with Zenith employees. We have not received the company's goals for several years. Last year we were told they were secret. We want to support their goals and are not afraid of change. This is an incorrect assumption made by upper management.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My salary was reduced by about $6000.00 this year as I did not want to assume a lead role on our team, I had been a lead on another team but never received a raise for working as lead. They reduced my pay as if I had originally received a raise to be a lead. This was humiliating.
