I got shingles before age 40, that should say a lot. I always feel stressed because we are expected to perform at a high standard with the very limited staff we have at my office. I've asked for an increase to staff size, my requests fall on deaf ears, which leads to stress.

Knowing that if we put in a good effort, the members will be be happy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the amount of work and roles I fill at this office, I am severely underpaid.
What are some of the best things about your team?
A lot of the people I work with actually care about the members. They do their best to ensure the members are serviced with the upmost quality.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When people care about their work, they put in a lot of effort to make sure the work gets done. Even when we have to come in on Saturday, we come in with a smile to make sure we get the job done on time because of the limited staff size of our office.
