What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The office environment is mostly friendly.

My manager is easy to talk things through with.

We are a close team and do work well together.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The fear that our office, in particular, is being piece mealed out to other Zenith offices. We are losing clients to different divisions of the company and feel left in the dark most of the time.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The work performed and the responsibilities I have do not reflect what I am paid. The pay also does not coincide with cost of living. Over the years, I have been told the pay is due to various reasons - none of which are in my control and should not be a reflection of my pay.
