The leadership team is encouraging, provides clear direction and is available to collaborate and problem solve should the need arise.

I'm not sure of a best part, but I do appreciate the 401K match, the HSA funds and the Holidays off.

Clear communication, easy to approach and work with and effective leadership. We share the same goals and work together to resolve conflicts constructively.

Availability, support and guidance. We all need to have a team to help work through items and provide support. I feel I have that here.

The support and collaboration between departments and roles. We all have the same goal to retain clients and attract new ones. We all need to contribute our expertise to provide a good and positive client experience.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are available and approachable; employees can reach out and talk and communicate with them as needed. The leadership team is aware of what tis and is not working, what funds, clients and employees are asking for, and they do their best to provide solutions.
