I just feel like a number lately. There is little recognition, little value and a whole lot of stress. The emails and such from higher up are always generic and cold now vs years ago.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I have no feedback on this

What are some of the best things about your team?

Everyone seems to want to share and be personable even though we are remote, but I feel like we don't get much time to do that.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Giving more positive feedback, caring about everyone on the team more personally. When I first started, we did a lot more as a team and since it is as though I work alone all of the time unless I am being told to do something extra.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

MY job is held up and having ongoing issues due to other teams within the company and things often go unanswered and need escalation causing stress to me. I feel entirely undervalued and my job is not compensated enough for the living conditions we are in now a days, makes it almost not worth it.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I work non stop and ensure everything is at the best it can possibly be and always trying to find better solutions to problems and get things done as quickly as possible. I am always told I am such a great asset to the team yet I make less than everyone it seems even in a higher position.
