I dont know what the culture is as I work at home alone

Helping and answering questions timely. Feel like I am out here to sink or swim no guidance

We have taken on more in customer service as far as taking CA calls now with no additional compensation
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Our leaders do no encourage group chats but rather took that away. I work from home so do not know my coworkers
