We work as a team, we all have the same goal
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that I do not have to get in a car and drive to work. I appreciate the ability to work from home.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think we are paid to little for the job we do. The COLA raises do not even come close to keeping up with inflation.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate that they are trying to improve company culture but there has been so much disruption, reorganizing and I do not think there was enough pre planning when the re org was done to keep departments running efficiently after the re organization
