Hectic. Lots of projects and deadlines above and beyond regular duties and no additional time alloted to complete them. Challenging.

We are all stretched thin but there is teamwork.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
An opportunity to work OT when we are SLAMMED with projects and still expected to keep current with daily work.
What makes you most happy at work?
When the phones are not ringing and I a able to get my work done. The phones are incessant and we have CSR duties in addition to our daily work. My team is treated like a call center and we are not a call center.
