The Leadership at this company is great! They are forward-thinking and give the employees a lot of visibility into the strategic future goals. Our compensation is fair and we get great benefits.

It is a team effort, not an individual effort.

401k matching, it's the best out there, immediate vesting, can't complain about that even though the salary is pisspoor, was promised increases when hired.

Invest 6% and you get max 5% of 1:1 match vested immediately. That was the best part of working at ZVRS.
