Communicating with the team. Letting us know the reasons behind policy changes and keeping us in the loop so we don't feel blindsided by big changes.
Take care of your people, don't make them feel like you're hiding something. If you promised them something, follow through. Don't send us gifts like pen and lunch bag, all those costs money, give us raises instead...

The Leadership at this company is great! They are forward-thinking and give the employees a lot of visibility into the strategic future goals. Our compensation is fair and we get great benefits.
It is a team effort, not an individual effort.
401k matching, it's the best out there, immediate vesting, can't complain about that even though the salary is pisspoor, was promised increases when hired.

My team is great. My boss is incredible. But we don't trust anyone in positions higher than those that work in our office.
My team is excellent. Most of the staff here are positive and friendly. There are a couple of co-workers that negative, but that's to be expected.

Regular meetings. Since supervisor was MIA more often, my team often have to chase info and fill in with the others.

We are productive when we meet to discuss week's event. We haven't had team meeting in weeks but we do stay in touch in other methods when we need information from each other even though we have not heard from our supervisor in a long time. Supervisor is usually MIA.

I feel taken advantage of and taken for granted at work. I am not being given opportunities to challenge myself or move up in the company.
Take care of your people. CEO says one thing but does complete opposite the next. Rather than letting workers go, consider reassignment. They have value that can be used elsewhere.
