The leadership is great. They are very collaborative and are always there to brainstorm ideas. The executive team is approachable and have developed mentor programs to groom internal talent.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communicating with the team. Letting us know the reasons behind policy changes and keeping us in the loop so we don't feel blindsided by big changes.

Take care of your people, don't make them feel like you're hiding something. If you promised them something, follow through. Don't send us gifts like pen and lunch bag, all those costs money, give us raises instead...
