Take care of your people better.

Clear communication, feel like there's always something not fully communicated or hiding and I often have to chase information down.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

If CEO promised pay raise, she should follow through. If you're happy with the same pay for more responsibility, this company is for you.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

We are productive when we meet to discuss week's event. We haven't had team meeting in weeks but we do stay in touch in other methods when we need information from each other even though we have not heard from our supervisor in a long time. Supervisor is usually MIA.
