Overall, I feel the company does a good job keeping us informed of major changes within the company. Beyond this, I have little interaction with the company beyond timecard/benefit submissions. I'm not sure if this is by design or intent, or a limitation with the contract.

Company interactions have remained scheduled and structured, primarily revolving around bi-annual reviews or annual training/security requirements. I'm given the flexibility to do my job without excessive oversight; however, could benefit from learning about opportunities within the company.
