Just like every other company, they want the employee to be loyal and dedicated but they do not treat the employee with the same loyalty or dedication. If you go above and beyond, it becomes expected. No reward for an extension or product lauded by the customer.

Communication with personnel. Information seems to flow one way, Down. PMO team does not really listen to personnel. At times, it feels like members of the PMO team are too clique-ish with some personnel that leads to appearing as preferential treatment.

Other personnel on the same contract are given full per diem to live off site. While technically it is not part of their pay, they make an additional $5000-$7500 every 60 day rotation in NON-TAXABLE per diem. I get my base pay rate may be higher but still not equitable by $1000-$3000 per rotation.
