Challenging, ever changing, and incredibly fast paced. There are times when I think speed is overstressed and accuracy is sacrificed.

Overall good, but there needs to be more process consistency and less reliance on MS Excel. An ERP/MRP Tool is a must if we are going to drive better integrity across the Org.

Lacking professionalism and cohesive behaviors. Top management is siloed and unwilling to listen to anyone who dares question them. It is a toxic and annoying place where people manipulate for self gain. In my opinion, it needs to be gutted of senior management.

The compensation and bonus pool are generous.

Freedom and flexibility to schedule my day.

They are visible and accessible.

They are approachable and engage when a need arises.

Compensation seems very fair and in some cases, slightly above market.

They strive for better and do make attempts at improving areas of deficiency.

They are smart, self-directed, and willing to engage other functions to get the answers.

They are motivated, energetic, and willing to do whatever it takes to perform the mission.

Energy and the desire to support a Mission that is critical to our end customer.

The flexibility with work/life balance and ability to remote when certain home issues are priority.

They seem motivated and energized to perform their jobs and want to do a good job.

They are motivated and try their best to get answers in sometimes trying and complicated situations.

Flexibility and the ability to interface with other areas of the business. Still small company culture.

A common goal and focus to make things better. Cross functionally, groups are siloed and communication is very weak.

The ability to work at my pace and not be micro-managed by someone with different work habits or agendas.

They seem invested in me as an employee and want to infuse a culture of integration and involvement with the workforce.

Compensation is at or above market for the area and the recruiting/HR team did not Nickle & Dime me during the interview process to try and save a few dollars.

Pay should be based upon level of responsibility and size/volume of Org that you are managing. The Org is entirely top heavy with people who lack experience and knowledge to lead a group of people.

A stronger network to support common goals and managers who share a common purpose. Currently, it feels more like a dictatorship or military chain of command. (Thou shall not ask questions that contradict the supreme powers that be)
