They seem to be approachable. Many of my peers, and definitely a lot of the local leadership appear to have real relationships with the executive leadership team.

There are still many hold overs from the low assurance days, they make it hard to get excited about driving additional maturity and assurance into our systems. There is a general lack of experience with high mission assurance weapons systems.
