Apple – As a Senior Technical Specialist, I make just barely above what a regular tech support advisor makes. I have two jobs just to make ends meet. Apple should pay their employees enough to have a reason to stay, NOT just enough to keep them from quitting.

People who are base level Tech Support can dump their customers on Senior Technical Support just because they don't want to do their job that day, or because the customer is angry. Senior Technical advisors should be there for advanced tech support. NOT to dump customers onto.

I have to do 250% MORE work for barely any more than I was making before they put me in the Senior tech position. It can be improved by having EVERYONE do their job, and paying fair wages to the employees. $0.91 is NOT enough of an increase for 250% more work
