I honestly used to love being a part of Choice but my feelings have changed, especially this past year. I feel there is absolutely no leadership in our department and our call to actions change almost weekly. We need a change in leadership soon, before more good people leave, as well as our owners.

The people on our team are extremely hard working and passionate about taking care of our franchisees. They treat others the way they would like to be treated.

Its not always about the pay, but more about how connected and valued you feel in the company. The last 3 years have been difficult and I feel that the connection between the executive team and the employees, as well as the franchisees has grown farther and farther apart.

I believe we are focusing on the wrong things right now and should be listenning more to the franchisees and what they want and need. I also believe there are some people leading the team that are just driving people away. Almost weekly we have someone quit, theyre driving good people away.
