I feel there is a lot of good people that really want to do a good job but don’t feel appreciated therefore moral drops

Listening and being held accountable. Taking lower level employees ideas into consideration. Communicating and being transparent.

I would like to be paid comparable to what the same tradesperson out in the field makes. I would like to have the cost of living allowance reinstated.

Need to improve moral, accountability and integrity. We don’t have meetings or skip level meetings at our level which I believe could be of a lot help. Have the proper tools and equipment would be of great help. Getting training on equipment.

There is much accountability or integrity. The company doesn’t allow employees to get involved in trying to improve quality or allow them to give input in many ways. I’m not sure how an employee can even submit a suggestion at our plant.
