My retirement plan from the old days. I know there is no retirement for the new hires
Fair and market competitive; vehicle
Company holidays days 401k match
No impact during critical conditions like COVID, Global Chip Shortages etc.

Insurance and rate of pay
My pay is very good
The medical insurance and the dental insurance
We do have better insurance than most, and it covers kids until age 26.
Dental and medical are excellent.
While expensive, better then retiree benefits
The fact that I still have a pension
salary is competitive in the region
I feel i am fairly paid and my benifits are decent. Nothing amazing i can definitely go elsewhere and get equal or better benefits.
Stock bonuses and dividends of Ford
Good dental and prescription coverage
Decent health insurance and passable dental
Health care and pension plan
Gross salary medical insurance provident fund
The best part about my compensation package is health insurance
Medical dental benefits that meet the needs of the family,

Real Growth oportunity, i have been waiting for a promotion for the last 6 years (17 yrs employee) but my position is unique so there is no growth for me because there is nobody else tha can do my job
To late now but a pension and benefits would be nice since they promised when hired in
My resume listed many unique and rare skills, yet none of those highly specialized skills are ever called upon and I can never showcase my talents. I am passed over when the chance arises to show the company what talents I have. Other car companies are always looking for specialists like myself
Different benefits no retirement pay union dues treated un fairly
I see the compensation others receive who do the same job as me at other companies. They're paid significantly more than I get paid at Ford.
The company treat the employee woth no respect. No work ethics.
Pay more and less bonus I rather have a raise every six months
Absolutely no support...work life balance only applies to upper salaried personnel.
I wish it would have kept pace with inflation and the cost of living.
More money, communication and respect
There is no career path for what I do. Ford needs more ways to progress than a single management hierarchy that pushes everyone towards administrative roles as the sole avenue to greater earnings.

An higher salary. I was brought in at $32,000 less than the maximum salary for my GSR level.
Review from HR Dept
As an employee that's been with the company for almost 10 years, I think compensation needs to re-evaluated based on today's salary expectations and better benefits are needed. Insurance options have gotten worse in my opinion. We don't have many incentives for employees.
Review from HR Dept
No room for vertical promotion despite expertise
Review from HR Dept
I am able to work mostly independently and meet or exceed all my objectives and have been working for Ford for 30+ years. LL6 who are appointed now are offered higher and more market-related salaries

Performance Rating system needs to be revisited. It does not seem fair when above & beyond performing employees are rated as an achiever without any clear explanation. Because of limited budgets forced ranking is still happening, which is not very motivating to the dedicated employees.
Review from IT Dept
Clear goals and an established end game. Ex: participate in a program and have an expected outcome when successfully completed.

I go above and beyond, take on special projects but never truly felt valued by my next level People Leader. I would feel better by being compensated for my hard work, consistency, and value I bring to the company.
Review from Operations Dept
The Canadian compensation for salaried for the equivalent work is much less than in the US. Should be equal in every pay grade.
Review from Engineering Dept
Promotion track is not clear and murky. Health benefits are below expectations
