I like how most IT postions at Ford are not site dependent. We do work a hybrid work week where most people come in once a week and work from home the other 4 days. It's nice to not have to fight traffic 5 days/week.

Upper management. The toxicity starts at the top and trickles down. Everyone is held accountable for thier actions as if it is a dictatorship other then those at the upper levels.
Create a culture based on trust, honesty, people centricity, find ways to move your leadership from "C" to "A" and things should get better.

First the office is old, it does not incentive the home office. They do not shuttle buses to the stations to make the employee leave their cars at home, I asked for this 2 times.
