Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a part time employee for 2 years I feel my hard work and dedication speaks for itself. Time to get 40 hrs a week and share in some of the benefits (ie, profit sharing and performance bonuses, personal days and paid week vacation) that my full time co workers get.

I would like to be paid comparable to what the same tradesperson out in the field makes. I would like to have the cost of living allowance reinstated.

We are some of the lowest paid trades in the local area...the company has gotten away with years of stagnation in pay...two tiers..now tpts...while wasting time in markets that lose money year after year...
