Besides the salary, I appreciate the company match and donation to my retirement

My insurance is accepted everywhere and is comprehensive. Yearly profit sharing is also very generous.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no career path for what I do. Ford needs more ways to progress than a single management hierarchy that pushes everyone towards administrative roles as the sole avenue to greater earnings.
