Management does whatever they want. Everything is at a bosses discretion on rules, who was late, who left early, who is doing their job, who they like or dislike. Women are discriminated against. Management uses harrassment tactics as a tool.

The value of opinions from within is way undervalued and no one listens to ideas from within. We see what really happens to the product but no one ever asks what can be done to improve the product.
