I am glad at the multiple opportunities I've encountered in my company in the diversity of clients I've worked with, the varied nature of the work I've done, the ability to travel in order to better serve our customer while also being able to bond with them.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
The first day I entered, I had the feeling I had gone back to university. The atmosphere is friendly, informal, open, while all are working hard at what they do, seeking to do what they're passionate about to make a difference in the world.
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers. Sharing intellectual challenges as a team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It manages to flight the country's inflation the best it can.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was many years ago but I recall it easy and quick.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are smart, open, inclusive, professional, affectionate, like to work hard without forgetting to have fun.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It is constantly striving to stay ahead of the curb, to keep improving our excellence at delivery for our clients and our Globers' employee experience.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Being able to purchase stocks at a discount. Being able to save better, due to a system in which our salaries are deposited in two different bank accounts (an optional benefit).
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with professional and efficient coworkers, having a common sense of purpose, and "Have Fun" being one of our core values. The latter opens the door for socially accepted fun moments at the office.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their accessibility, their openness to hear ideas from any and all of us, their constant strive for improvement and growth, their recognition of the company being what it is because of the people who work here.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its willingness to constantly adapt to make our lives more enjoyable, both inside and outside of the company. There is a highly collaborative and informal style, regardless of the pressure and the level of quality expected of our deliverables.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team shares one crucial purpose: to transform the employee experience. Now that we are in a remote-first scenario, we must approach our corporate culture in a completely different way. Everybody in the team is fully engaged to achieve that purpose. It feels great to share that strong common goal
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The first word that comes to mind is "collaboration". Everybody is ready to help each other, regardless of their tenure or seniority. The organization is very flat, in the sense you can access anyone in the company, because you know your idea will be always welcome. We are encouraged to do so.
