Overall, I've had a great experience at Klaviyo so far. Despite being a relatively new employee, I feel like I've been welcomed into the fold and quickly trusted to take on major responsibilities and projects. I love that the leadership team at Klaviyo aren't afraid to show their humanity. It's clear that they care about the company and our goals, but beyond that, they understand that Klaviyos are not just employees, but real people. They do a great job of showing us they care.

When I hear a customer rave about Klaviyo. It never gets old to hear how the product has made a difference to an entrepreneur who is trying to chase their dream, build a business, and make a livelihood. It reminds you that any hard days, projects, etc. are so worthwhile!

Everyone is very down-to-earth and approachable. I don't feel as though I have to put on airs, be unnaturally buttoned up, or act like I'm someone else. I can show up to work as myself, as can my coworkers, and we can have great professional relationships without having to change who we are!
