It's fun! I enjoy the industry, the solutions, my job and the perks. It can be stressful at times but that isn't constant.
They truly think about your mental health.
They're supportive and reactive when needed.
They are clear on the mission, vision and strategic goals of the company.
I feel valued. It would be good to see have more clarity on what Meltwater is doing to bridge gender pay gaps.
The bonus structure. Although this is tied heavily to the success of others and therefore sometimes out of my control, I appreciate there being one in place.
The fact that I actually like my job. I don't think "the people" is enough to keep you happy, you have to like what you do too - as well as who you do it with.
They are leaders. We have an idea and we execute. We're given the freedom to put our ideas in place because our direct manager trusts and believes in us. From a global perspective, the EMEA team truly is leading the way.
Although we all have different personalities, I feel like everyone can have a laugh and knows when to take things seriously and when not to. It's nice to be around people that you can have a giggle with AND get stuff done with. It's a healthy balance.
Each day is different. We get to focus on our strengths and what we're passionate about. My direct manager is very warm and caring. I genuinely enjoy what I do and find the industry fascinating. I believe in the vision of Meltwater and like that I'm apart of that.
I don't have much contact with the exec team, so can't comment there. Re my direct line manager, my favourite thing is that they trust me to do my job. They are not a micromanager. As long as I get it done, they give me freedom to take the route I want to get there.
