Paying their employees who have been there longer the appropriate amount, stop talking to other employees about other employees pay, stop slacking and help people on line, stop going to other stores to pick up supplies for 4 hours

I feel unvalued because employees that just started are making more than me and I am the one training them and picking up their slack when they constantly call out. I asked for a raise to compensate so I would not have to work two jobs and management gave it to TWO OTHER employees.
