Luxoft: I work in HR and I can say that the processes are well build. There are a lot of HR practices for managers and their teams to work more effectively and productively. There is a huge LMD department and Learning course library, so you are always can develop yourself.

No internet but have to use internet on phone taking care of payments everything is horrible here. Main desk speak very little English. Owner needs to do better business. Do not recommend.

Kroger: Managers pick favorites and mistreat those who aren't in their inner circle. Frequently encourage customers to engage in similar mistreatment, and have a tendency to change schedules or deny availability changes out of retaliation, regardless of reason.
Alorica: I have had a wonderful experience and have had amazing trainers that are preparing me to be a great agent. I hope to have a long future with Alorica. I have a Master's degree with 20 yrs as a counselor and then was promoted to Program Director and was over 30 employees for 5 yrs prior to retiring.

Florida Power and Light Company: Customer service. It is impossible to reach a live agent on the phone. I just want to ask specific questions and the computer setup does not address it properly. I need a real person. I tried 5-6 times yesterday and could not get through.

Milking the taxpayers to pay for subsidized solar to build stock value but it's all BS and they have the highest rates in the whole state of Florida. Terrible company all the way around.

Sally Beauty: My manager was a bully she would pick on the clothes I wore the shoes I wore etc. but if another employee wore the same thing she wouldnt say anything to them. I felt attacked on many occasions and she never did anything but sit in the back on her phone watching netflix on her phone and eating.

Ipsos: I took this job only because I graduated during a pandemic and couldn't find any relevant work experience. But honestly, I'd rather go back to waiting tables. The work/life balance is terrible, and the different departments treat one another like trash.
Liberty Mutual Insurance: Overall, it's a good place to work. There is growth potential and knowledge growth. You are largely on your own to develop and promote yourself. They don't easily promote people; you have to keep on your manager. Health benefits aren't great, the retirement is very good.
Sanderson Farms: Unless your dying then you "better come to work". Even if your snowed in and every road is closed. Guess hazard pay only applies when your in near death confidtions.
Loblaw Companies Limited: Good chances for growth and promotion if you are individually driven and can filter out the bs. You need to have thick skin and roll with the punches and filter down the good to your team and build good relationships and celebrate wins. Too many reports that never get passed down, bad communication.

I've called for almost a week now about a major complaint at the family Dollar here in my town and nobody ever answers the phone. Almost seems like the same family Dollar gets complaints all the time and nothing ever gets done about it.

Amtrak: I have been continually harassed by a coworker for several years and have found that management and union rep will do nothing to help me. Recently more accusations were made against me by this coworker and as of today I was given the choice to sit outside in the warehouse (rather than in my office).
Rite Aid: The fact that the people there were more and better than the people that actually work in the warehouse
