Stressful... work day is 9 hours but 1 hour if that is your unpaid break. You still work 8 hour a day unlike most jibs where it's 8 hours and you work 7.5 w/a 30 min unpaid break for lunch.

Let us do our jobs... ket us be free to talk to the customers while following the trouble shooting steps. Forcing empathy in the first 2 mins makes it sound fake or forced.
