Since it became Spectrum nothing good came out of this company, management is at its worse. Very high attrition rate, they cant hang on to employees, never saw a company with such a high turn over rate. There are other jobs out there folks, walk past this one its not worth a pretty penny.

Spectrums needs to remove the "customer experience". For sure its not at its finest.

They need to re-train management to better run this operation. Re-evaluate your supervisors, some don't meet the standards.
