My time at Spectrum provided insights into the dysfunctional impacts of highly political, ego-driven; selfish leaders. A VP actually wrote that they wiuldmknlynapprove a projectnif it was led and defined by their department. Spectrum is a large, conglomerate public company that never matured.

Charter is a Fortune 100 company that has grown through acquisitions. There is no internal driven innovation; the bureaucracy won't allow it. Turf wars andnoersonal agendas are hurting clients, shareholders, and employees. This comoany is straightniut of Atlus Shrugged!

Spectrum is an operational disaster. The company cannot retain talent. The mandatory onsite work policy and outdated, hierarchical drive anyone with ambition out the door. Employee turnover is ramoant and adds to overhead costs. This company cannot remain competive in rhe market.

The business serves the client; not the other way around. Clients have an increasing options for connectivity. Cable/telecom isnt a monopoly anymore. This comoany needs a complete overhaul. Outsiurce all business operations to a firm that understands how to scale and run a Fortune 100 comoany.
