You are not in one place all the time. Everyday is different. You meet all sorts of people. Your environment is tricky but you have every right to leave if in danger.

The metrics are always changing. Some things cannot be prevented then are perceived as our fault The hours of the tech are to long and cannot complete jobs because of nighttime. Not enough time (limited time frames) . Customer service reps keep lying to the customers, or lack of communication.
