TERRIBLE upper management so out of touch with employees in direct contact with customers, outdated products, and lagging technology. Inconsistent performance and poor equipment provided to customers. Metrics employees are "graded" by are out of the employees control.

We don't work as a team. The company pits us against each other and we can never go help each other when a fellow tech needs help.

They constantly find ways to make our job more complicated and difficult. They care more about employee metrics than the end users experience. They need to clean up all the departments the customer contacts BEFORE reaching a tech before focusing on techs.

Listening to feedback from techs in the field in direct contact with the customers and acting on it. Treating technicians like an asset instead of a liability. A company this large with this type of revenue stream could be a trendsetter and set a positive example of what other companies should be.
