Some of the lowest paid in the indistury, raises are a joke (not promotions) they use the term "your hard work and dedication don't go unnoticed" and then promptly forgotten

The micromanagement needs to stop on all fronts. We are tracked to no tomorrow, have to justify our job basically. We have big brother watching us at every step and anything we do is questioned from day to day work to construction referrals
