I love TA. I love working there, and feel that it is a privilege every day. My only concerns are hoping that I don't ever let TA down. They work hard for me, I work hard for them back. So unique to have a company that shows they care so much.

I love TA. It's the best place I've ever worked by a country mile and I hope to work here until I decide to retire! The people are great, the culture is caring, and I feel like my contributions make a difference. I am so very thankful to work here.

I can't say enough good things. TA is a rare gem and I hope to never leave here. They value me, and in turn, I want to provide value to TA every day. I love this company and am thankful every single day to work at such an amazing place.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The direction we are heading. Looking forward to a bright future.

They take action to show that they care. More than just words which means a lot.

Kind, Hard Working, Gritty and Determined. Leaders and Owners of the work they do. I'm proud to work with them.

We are diverse. I love that everyone is SO different and each difference adds to making us all better as a whole.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having a lot to do, getting through it very well, and knowing that my leaders are aware of my work and appreciate it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There's so much its tough to pick one... I would say Food and Soda. It's a daily reminder of how much TA cares.

I love having a lot to do, and feeling that the work I do impacts the lives of those around me as well as our Clients.

They care about people. They understand that when we are happy and healthy, we have the energy and motivation to bring our best to work each day.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am paid well for the work I do. This has to be at the top. Can't leave out the free food though. Thats huge.

When we get the work done, we celebrate as a team. We have team lunches, company parties, and strong interactions that reinforce the professional relationships we enjoy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Determined, passionate workers that look forward to tackling the next day of work. The OWN their work, and that LEAD their work. Can't ask for anything more than that.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love that my work is appreciated, and that in the long term, it has an impact on TA. To know that my work matters and can help others in a positive way is incredibly fulfilling.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is varied. I like that it's not one major item and that's it. It's the breadth of compensation that makes it so exceptional. Good pay, good insurance, free food, raise structure. Altogether they make a huge difference.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care. They show it through their words and actions. I feel appreciated and it makes me want to work hard every day. That given respect means everything to me and it makes me feel eager to give it back.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We work hard together, and we play hard together. When it's work time we support each other, and when it's play time, we play. Golf, video games, lunch away from the office--we spend time relaxing during those brief windows where we can.
