I love that we are a growing company, but still private. This allows us to still be human beings on the job and have a good work/ home life balance.

Job requirements versus actual work are not evaluated for exactly what they are. This means the level of work required, not workload, is not compensated as fairly. Working hard is never an issue, having compensation equal to the tasks we are actually doing, not what the job title assumes is done.
