work from home ability - but I know not everyone has that option which isn't fair

Not making the median for my position based on research, and on top of that, benefits are terrible. Zero coverage for mental health therapy, bare minimum for physical therapy, and still super expensive

direction from leadership is oh you are unhappy with something? find a new job. more work added on that you aren't getting a raise for? deal with it. Zero communication from our VP, no department meetings or anything to create a healthy department

COMMUNICATION! The level right below C level stops all information flow. Investing in the employees at the bottom instead of constantly hiring more VPs, Directors, etc. Leadership team is also extremely out of touch with how most of the employees live.
