I started in a role with a base pay & uncapped commission, which was great until the pandemic hit. Now I was offered 2 opportunities with a 6 figure base pay plus bonus's and incentives. I think it's definitely competitive salaries.

The process was astringent & required a lot of background research that felt overbearing at times. 3 days before I was supposed to start I got pushed back because they had more background information I had to clear. It was like applying for a mortgage.

The concept to embrace diversity & the support of family/work/life balance is what's best for me. They promote integrity & dedicated workers & I feel recognized. Also, Employee Appreciation Week was the most amazing experience at the corporate centers. It didn't feel like work I had so much fun!

Although we're all different & have various ethnic backgrounds, the culture leads us to embrace those things & we feel like family over time. You don't always mesh with every personality, but there's a lot of support & room to have fun, recognize & reward each other which, helps you to enjoy work.

I feel embraced & like I have a clear future within the firm. I see a lot of opportunities for my career & I can set realistic goals to accomplish them. Also, I have so much support & flexibility for my family, including onsite childcare & school support that the firm provides; & the pay is great.

I've had great & good but with some issues with managers since I've been here. The thing I appreciate is JPMC has a strong culture to do the right thing with integrity, so if there was an issue with management I would escalate it & it was addressed & corrected. I wasn't hindered & we worked it out.
