India has the worst culture possible, thanks to some nonsensical leaders, especially CCB/GT India. Imagine not providing systems to employees when COVID hit us. Employees were forced to use personal systems while WFH.

Toxic management Need to be revamped. Get some managers from tech companies. HR needs to take control of Human resource. TEch folks who do not understand HR drive the HR activities. In the name of HR we just have a request portal where there is no human touch for HR related queries
