I do not interact with anybody from corporate. At our work site we hardly ever see management. Our local site lead takes care of us however, the only time we see AEVEX leadership is at the Christmas party. Even then I don't even know who they are because I have never met them face to face.

The company had treated me fairly well over the years. I do see changes coming in order to save money which results in my paycheck being smaller. I understand the business side of things. The adjustment will take time but, I guess that's why you edit your budget.

Unknown future of contract, no transparency or updates from prime or our own company. Makes it hard to feel secure when you don't know much of what is happening. It seems like a big secret and we just have to trust that people are doing the right thing.

I was promised a pay raise after completing IO upgrade. I was then informed because the prime contractor did not release the funds I am not going to get the raise. If that was the case that should have been made clear during negotiations. Now it just seems you are transferring blame to the prime CTR
