overall good! a few bad spots here and there but overall good!

My brief time here has been eventful. While mostly positive I have also witnessed the lack of communication and favoritism. One person walks off the job one day and minutes later a "small" change in the new position holder.....shady.

just happy to have a job overall

The challenges that it brings.

sense of humor, adaptability, camaraderie, hard working, down to earth.

we hold each other accountable. teamwork makes the dream work. as a collective we work well across departments.....except engineering and QA

That good people are trying to change the culture from a "mom and pop" "good ol'boy" to a serious and legitimate aerospace company.

The comradery and genuine friendship I have built with some. Many have years of experience that provides a wealth of knowledge about my job specifically, and, the aerospace industry.

Staying in their "lane", if your job is too plan, coordinate, correspond, than do just that. Allow floor personnel, who have been appointed, by the leadership team, to make decisions and communicate accordingly.

When it comes to value and compensation. If I am asked to do a specific task without satisfactory equipment, and asked to do it every day I than complete the task, my value and compensation should reflect such.

I believe that Carlos Patino has the respect of the shop floor and truly has an open door policy. He's fair but firm. Rob Caddick displays patience and perseverance to the ever changing plans in the fabrication department.

Recently, there has been a forming of a social committee and it seems they have started to organize events for us. Although just getting formed they have shown they are trying to boost morale. Again, Learning and teaching.

Knowing that pay week is that week! also knowing that fridays are optional. Friday can be our time to get things done outside of work; doctors appointments usually don't have saturday openings. I like to call it an Admin day.

Experience! and the ability to teach. Everyone has a different approach on how to teach. We can have fun and make HR approved jokes and still get the job done. understanding, we have a life outside of the hangars and everyone understands that.

My leadership team stops at Carlos Patino, and quite honestly I'm glad it does. I completely understand that he is a middle man when it comes to the front office needs and the shop floor personnel. He does a great job and has mine and others Respect.

Undervalued in the fact that I can have little to no supervision or coaching in how a job is performed properly, and still have to perform at a high level. Constant change on day to day tasks create tension and indecisiveness amongst shop floor employees and mid level leads.

As I have stated in the past, what we do as fabricators in this shop is nothing short of amazing. Asking us to do more with less, on top of the time constraints we have. The shop equipment is less than ideal. Myself and others in the fabrication department also train others on shop equipment.
