Recently company has been cracking down on benefits (lunches, snacks, etc) and I wouldnt be surprised if we see a benefits cut with the 2026 benefits plan

Need to define a clear goal for the organization. A few years ago we were building aircraft for a specific cause, now we are just building at random based on small needs. Feels like we are circling without direction

This question I'm more neutral on. We have good days and bad days (as all jobs should). Some weeks its a little rough dealing with everything going on. Other days its really exciting watching the team come together to complete a task.
