
I feel unheard, underappreciated, and overworked. This company used to have a lot more positivity and I feel like the new negativity comes from poor decisions and poor leadership. It does not appear they care for production members or production support members.

Leadership out of touch with production teams. They make unrealistic promises and expect production to stop whatever life they have outside of work to satisfy whatever deal they make. Leadership continues to bypass processes that cause future problems for other areas to fix.
