It began great, then went downhill fast. Having to deal with constant churn and picking up other peoples slack while never being compensated to do so is never fun. Additionally, the pay does not come close to the amount of work that is put in which does not motivate me to continue working as hard.

Displaying a strategy regarding WHY Barracuda instead of WHAT we do. We do not have a clear and convincing way to tell people why they should purchase Barracuda beyond the fact we have been in the business for 20 years.

The company does not have a sense of direction as we are losing talented and seasoned employees for other companies that have a solid plan and strategy in place. Additionally, the value of the employees is perceived as very low which bring morale down and willingness to exceed low.
